No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any purchases made through our website. All sales are final, and once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Return Policy
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item should be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservicekrishadha@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Once the return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the product back. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
No Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the item meets the criteria, we will proceed with processing the return. However, if the item is found to be used, or not in its original condition, the return request will be rejected.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.
